Shipping Policy

At HalfPe, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all customers across India. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Processing Time

1a. Processing Timeline

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working business day.


2. Shipping Coverage

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We currently offer shipping services across India.

International Shipping

At this time, HalfPe does not offer international shipping.


3. Shipping Charges

3a. Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping on all orders across India.

Any future shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.


4. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Orders are generally delivered within 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier partner availability.

Delivery timelines may vary during:

  • public holidays
  • extreme weather conditions
  • high-demand sale periods
  • unforeseen logistics disruptions

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • a shipping confirmation email, and/or
  • a WhatsApp/SMS notification

including tracking details and shipment updates.

Customers can track their orders using the tracking link provided by the courier partner.


6. Failed Delivery Attempts

In the event of a failed delivery attempt, our courier partner may attempt re-delivery on the next business day.

If delivery fails after multiple attempts due to:

  • customer unavailability
  • incorrect address
  • unreachable phone number
  • refusal to accept the order

the shipment may be returned to our warehouse as a Return to Origin (RTO).

In such cases, HalfPe reserves the right to:

  • cancel the order,
  • deduct applicable logistics charges where necessary, or
  • issue a refund after reviewing the order status.

7. Delivery Issues & Damaged Shipments

If your order is:

  • delayed,
  • lost,
  • damaged,
  • tampered with, or
  • incorrectly delivered,

please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.

Our team will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


8. Change of Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our support team immediately after placing the order.

Address changes may not be possible once the order has been processed or dispatched.
