No stall fee. Zero. Only a stall maintenance fee.
Participation is free for every invited store. Your stall, your space, your branding, at no cost. The only charge is a small stall maintenance fee, and even that is waived when your sales cross ₹1.5 lakh (see rule 5).

Everything at a minimum 50% off
Every product on your stall is priced at half of MRP or lower. This promise is what brings the crowd, so it applies to every item, no exceptions.

One billing counter, run by HalfPe
Shoppers pay HalfPe at the central billing counters. You focus on selling. We handle the money and the paperwork.

15% platform fee on what you sell
HalfPe keeps 15% of your selling price and 85% is yours. This applies once your four-day sales cross ₹1.5 lakh. Below that, only the stall maintenance fee applies. You never pay both.

No stall fee. Only a stall maintenance fee, and even that is waived when you sell well.
Participation costs zero. The only charge is a stall maintenance fee of ₹25,000 for all four days, the lowest ever for an event of this size. It covers surveillance, security, cleaning and related services. It applies only if your total four-day sales stay under ₹1.5 lakh. Cross ₹1.5 lakh and it is waived completely. You then pay only the 15% platform fee on sales.

Paid every three hours
Your share is settled to your bank account every three hours during event hours, 9 AM to 10 PM, on all four days.
What you take home
Stall fee is zero. There are only two possible charges, and you pay just one of them, never both.
Illustrative figures. The ₹25,000 stall maintenance fee covers surveillance, security and cleaning for all four days.
Pick your size. Bigger stalls go to bigger brands.
Sellers print their own branding and displays to fit the stall size. Bigger stalls are assigned on brand reputation only.

Questions stores ask us
What do I need to bring?
Your stock, your price tags showing MRP and the half-price, your printed branding sized to your stall, and your team. Tables, lighting and power at the stall are provided.
How does billing work at my stall?
Your team hands the shopper a slip with a HalfPe QR. The shopper pays at any central counter or by scanning at your stall. Every sale is tagged to your store.
How do I see my sales during the day?
You get a live dashboard link for your store showing every bill, in real time, on your phone.
What about GST?
HalfPe issues the tax invoice to the shopper. Your settlement statement shows every sale with tax broken out, ready for your books.
What happens to unsold stock?
It goes back with you. There is no consignment and HalfPe takes no stock.
Can I list the same products on HalfPe.com afterwards?
Yes. Stores that join Half Price Days can list on HalfPe.com at no listing cost after the event.
