Refund Policy

At HalfPe, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, we are here to help with an easy and transparent return and refund process.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return, replacement, or refund under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Defective or non-functional product received
  • Missing items in the order
  • Product significantly different from the description

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.


2. Return Request Process

To request a return or refund, customers should:

  1. Log into their HalfPe account, or
  2. Contact customer support via email at ask@halfpe.com

Customers may be asked to provide:

  • Order ID
  • Photos/videos of the product
  • Photos of packaging (if applicable)
  • Description of the issue

This helps us verify and resolve the issue quickly.


3. Verification & Approval

Once a request is submitted, our support team will review the request and may contact the customer for additional details if necessary.

Verification is generally completed within 2–3 business days.

If the request is approved, customers will receive:

  • a refund to the original payment method, or
  • a replacement product, depending on product availability and customer preference.

4. Return Pickup & Return Address

For eligible returns, HalfPe or its logistics partners may arrange a reverse pickup from the customer’s delivery address wherever service is available.

In cases where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to ship the product to the return address shared by our support team.

Customers should not send products back without approval from HalfPe support.


5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after:

  • successful verification, and/or
  • receipt of returned product (where applicable).

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.


6. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds may not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery
  • Missing original packaging, tags, or accessories
  • Return request raised after 7 days from delivery
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or packaging that do not affect product functionality
  • Products specifically marked as non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before shipment confirmation.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. Customers may instead initiate a return request after delivery if eligible under this policy.


8. Marketplace Disclaimer

HalfPe operates as a multi-vendor marketplace platform. Certain products may be fulfilled directly by third-party sellers or logistics partners.

However, customer support and refund assistance will continue to be handled through HalfPe support channels.
